We love SSS's Gunpowder Seasoning

We received a sample of your gunpowder seasoning at a local BBQ cookoff as an item in our goodie bag. Tried on some ribeyes last. Awesome good flavor. Tried a little on some popcorn tonite. Also great flavor. Ordered a bottle and ready to try it on more food.

"Wow, can't believe I found this page! About three years ago or more, I was visiting my mom near Paducah, KY and we were cooking supper (pork steaks on an indoor grill). My husband was rummaging around looking for something to make them taste better b/c we typically NEVER use those types grills (charcoal all the way). To make a long story short, he found this seasoning, and those darn steaks turned out AWESOME!!!!! My mouth is watering now, as I type this thinking about it!! We havent been able to find this stuff anywhere around us, I would love to have some more!! Believe me, we are cook and season-a-holics, and very picky about how our meat turns out. This stuff is the bomb-diggity, LOL!!!! I would love to try your other flavors and be able to order some!!!!"

My husband and I ate at the Dolphin View restaurant while attending the New Smyrna Beach Art festival on Saturday. We ordered grilled shrimp and it was so tasty, we asked the young lady at the counter what seasoning was used. (We thought it might be one of the ones they were selling.) She said, "wait just a second and I'll go look." She came back and told us it was Gunpowder. I'd never heard of it so, of course, I went online first thing this morning to try to find it. I was pleased to find it very easily, although your website wouldn't let me buy just one container of it - just a glitch I'm sure. So I went to ebay instead. I'm looking forward to receiving my first order and don't worry - I will definitely tell my friends. This is yummy stuff! My husband and I loved it on the shrimp. Up until now, we thought Old Bay was the way to go.

I do a lot of cooking for a local outdoor resort (especially during hunting season). I use to swear by my own complicated marinade concoction and then would apply my mixture of seasonings and spices to the dish. Until I found Sure Shot Sid\'s Gun Powder. (Way too much time and aggravation in my way of preparing foods) This seasoning is the greatest spice ever invented, for flavor and simplicity. I found your product in Montgomery, AL at a local wholesale food distributor called Sunday Dinner. i use it on everything from chicken and fish, to burgers and steaks, ribs, and of course finally to the greatest thing ever Boston Butt. I have introduced your seasoning to several friends, by my way of cooking. They all keep calling me back every couple of months asking where I found your seasoning and how can they get it. I usually wind up picking them up a bottle when I pass through Montgomery and mail it to them.

So I ask, how does one become a local seller and how do I find out if the product is being currently sold in my area? I currently live in the Lagrange, GA area. To my knowledge, the closest place from here to find gun powder is in Montgomery, AL. Any help would be appreciated.

I put all my seasonings out and open one of yours for the guys to try.....I sold all of them in a few minutes....So I must say that you make a good product...

I travel every week, was in Longmont, Co. three weeks ago and sold all my seasonings. Two weeks ago I was in Baytown, Tx. (Houston) and again sold all my seasonings...
